TThe water supply treatment of the seedling tray chassis can significantly increase the stem diameter and root crown ratio，root length，projected area，surface area，root volume，root tip number，branch number，and cross number of strawberry seedlings，which are 55.90%，68.61%，68.27%，74.58%，28.37%，59.23%，and 59.38%respectively compared to the spray irrigation water supply treatment.After 40 and 60 days of cutting，the disease index of strawberry anthracnose in the treatment of chassis water supply decreased by 81.84%and 84.90%，respectively，compared to the treatment of sprinkler water supply.Microbial diversity analysis showed that the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Chaetomium in the leaves of strawberry treated with chassis water supply was higher，while the relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria such as Colletotrichum in the leaves and roots of strawberry seedlings treated with sprinkler water supply was higher.In summary，Strawberry cutting seedling chassis water supply can promote the growth of seedling roots，control plant overgrowth，and reduce the occurrence of diseases such as anthracnose.
